Double-check the email you signed up with (it's not case-sensitive) and that Caps Lock is off. Password resets aren't self-serve yet — send us a message below from the email on your account and we'll help you get back in.

Use a JPG, PNG, WEBP or GIF under 4 MB — we shrink big phone photos automatically. iPhone HEIC photos usually convert on their own in Safari; if not, take a screenshot of the photo and upload that. You can have up to 6 photos.

Check your filters on Discover — try a wider distance (25–50 mi) or tap Reset. Make sure your ZIP code in your profile is right. DADD.io is new, so invite the dads you know!

When you and another dad both tap 👋 on each other, you match and can message in Matches. They never see that you passed.

Absolutely. In your profile's kids section, choose Expecting and add your due month, and pick “Baby on the way” for your schedule.

Your birthdate is locked after sign-up to keep ages honest. If you made a typo, message us below and we'll fix it.

Open their profile and tap Block (you'll disappear for each other) and Report so we can review it. If anyone is in danger, call 911 first.

Go to Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, photos, matches and messages.
